Every product and ticket purchase helps provide feed, shelter, and veterinary care for our rescued animals, allowing them to heal and thrive. At The Platt’s Patch, our rescues are truly at the heart of everything we do. Over the past year, animals who once faced uncertainty have found safety, stability, and a place to call home here on our farm. With consistent care, proper nutrition, and plenty of space to roam, each one has settled in beautifully and growing stronger, more confident, and full of personality. What was once a temporary refuge has become a forever home, where they are not only cared for, but genuinely loved. Today, our animals are thriving, and their stories are a living reminder of what compassion, patience, and community support can make possible. Where your donation goes :
Square Bale - $12
Buys one square bale of hay. We go through a bundle (26 bales) every 3 weeks.
Pig Feed - $18
Provides one bag of pig feed which last us 3 weeks.
Tribute Essential K Ration Balancer - $29
Provides one bag of feed for Donkeys. We go through 4 bags every two weeks.
Camel Feed- $36
Provides one bag of camel feed. We order 6 bags every 3 weeks.
Hay Cubes- $21
Provides one bag of hay cubes. (Camels favorite snack) we go through 1 bag a week.
Goat Feed - $19
Provides one bag of feed. We go through 4 bags every two weeks.
Mineral, Salt- $150
Provides a month supply of both specialized minerals & salt for all animals.
Where Your Donation Goes :
Intake Vet Visit - $600
Covers a farm call, exam, vaccines, Coggins test, dental float, and deworming for one Camel/Equine.
Intake Vet Visit (Small Animal)- $150
Provides an intake vet visit for one small farm animal.
Farrier Appointment- $60
Provides farrier care for one equine/camel/goat.
Emergency Vet Visits- $500+
Helps cover urgent care when minutes matter.
Medications & Supplements
Gives us the ability to treat a variety of medical conditions.
At The Platt’s Patch Rescue & Sanctuary, we’ve been able to give so many animals a safe place to land—but as we grow, so do their needs. We are currently working on building essential infrastructure like fencing, barns, and stalls to keep our animals secure, protected from the elements, and cared for properly year-round.
These projects are not just upgrades—they are necessities that directly impact the safety and well-being of every animal here. If you feel led to support, your donation will go directly toward materials and construction to create stronger, safer spaces for our rescues. Together, we can continue building a place they truly deserve to call home. 💛
